These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all photography services provided by Daniel Craig Photography (“Photographer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional photography services, including, but not limited to:

• Portrait photography

• Event photography

• Landscape photography

• Select product photography

• Video services (upon request)

2. Booking & Availability

• Bookings are accepted year-round, subject to availability.

• We recommend booking at least three (3) weeks in advance.

• Bookings made less than one (1) week before the desired date will not be accepted.

• A confirmed booking requires written confirmation from the Photographer.

3. Payment & Pricing

• We offer both photography packages and custom quotes based on project requirements.

• Quotes are calculated based on an hourly rate that includes the photoshoot, travel time, and editing.

• Payments may be made before, during, or up to a few days after the shoot, as agreed in writing.

• Travel fees apply for locations outside Hartford County or into southern Massachusetts, determined by distance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel a session up to 48–72 hours before the scheduled date without penalty.

• If the Photographer cancels, we will reschedule at your convenience and apply a discount to your session.

• Refunds are not offered due to our flexible payment structure.

5. Photo Delivery

• Edited images are typically delivered within one (1) week of the session, often within 24 hours.

• Delivery is via a private online gallery.

• Additional products such as prints, photo books, and wall art are available for purchase separately.

6. Retouching

• Complimentary retouching is provided for up to five (5) images per shoot.

• Additional retouching is available at $1 per image.

7. Usage Rights

• Clients receive full printing rights and may share their images online or privately.

• Reselling images or distributing them for profit is strictly prohibited.

• The Photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Same-Day Edits & Video Services

• Same-day edits may be provided upon request for client review.

• Video services are available and priced separately.

9. Liability

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of your session.

• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

By booking a session with Daniel Craig Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
